Proceedings are scheduled to resume Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2017, in federal court in Las Vegas for Cliven, Ryan and Ammon Bundy and Payne amid defense allegations that prosecutors and government agents failed to properly turn over evidence before trial began in November.
