This Oct. 14, 2016 photo provided by the Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office shows Gavin Wright. The man accused of conspiring to bomb an apartment complex filled with Somali refugees in Kansas contends in a court filing that he was unaware his co-defendants actually intended to carry out the attack. The attorney for Wright asked a judge Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2017, to release her client pending trial in a motion that offers the first public glimpse at his defense strategy. Wright and co-defendants Patrick Stein and Curtis Allen still face charges of conspiring to detonate truck bombs at an apartment complex in the meatpacking town of Garden City.
