In this photo taken Feb. 28, 2017, Tennessee Titans lineman Karim Barton, who is doing an NFLPA "externship," poses for a photo on Capitol Hill in Washington. Barton has taken part in NFLPA "externships" with UnderArmour, Fanatics and Mattress Firm, but his strongest foray into the real world comes working with Rep. Yvette Clarke, D-N.Y. on Capitol Hill. Barton aims to keep his options open for his post-playing career and hopes political work opens up new doors for him after football. (AP Photo/Susan Walsh)
