Florida International football head coach Davis and FIU director of sports and entertainment Garcia have been joined at the hip for much of their football lives, and are again now. Davis' first class of FIU recruits will be unveiled Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2017, and he got plenty of help from Garcia in putting it together, just like at Miami two decades ago when they lured star after star after star to the Hurricanes.
