FILE - This undated file photo originally released by Richard Jones shows Sarah Jones on location for the television series, "The Vampire Diaries." Jones was killed during a film shoot on a train trestle in Georgia in February 2014, and her death has prompted broad safety discussions within the film and television industry and led her parents to advocate for better safety practices during productions. The film’s director spent a year in jail for Jone’s death. Now her parents are asking a civil jury to find the railroad responsible for some of the blame. A trial is scheduled to begin Monday, July 10, 2017, in the Jones family’s wrongful death lawsuit against CSX Transportation. (Colin Duran via AP)
