In this March 28, 2017 photo, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo looks over the Packard Phaeton once used by Franklin D. Roosevelt when he was governor of New York, at the State Museum in Albany. The car, used by FDR from 1929 until his election as president in November 1932, is headed off to an antique vehicle expert in Connecticut for some repairs. Cuomo, who plans to use the car for ceremonial occasions, such as the scheduled 2018 opening of the new Tappan Zee Bridge, says the repairs will not alter the paint, wheels or upholstery, and will instead focus on basic preservation.
