In this Jan. 29, 2018 photo, Zaia Wilcoxon, left, visits Dan And Tara Ballard, holding their one-day-old daughter Nora, with their son, Charlie, in Peoria, Ill. Zaia gave parents tiny, knitted red hats as part of the American Heart Association event "Little Hats, Big Hearts" to recognize moms and babies, encouraging them to live heart healthy lives. Zaia herself was born with a heart condition that wasn't discovered until she was two. Her mother, Annessa Wilcoxon, helped crochet two hats, adding to what officials said were donated hats from all across the state. Hats were distributed at both OSF Saint Francis Medical Center and the adjoining Children's Hospital of Illinois. (Fred Zwicky/Journal Star via AP)
