Nick Kramer, left, Jason Cadek and their 3-year-old daughter Alice leave a news conference in Omaha, Neb., Monday, March 2, 2015, convened after a federal judge blocked Nebraska's man-woman marriage law from being enforced. The men are one of seven same-sex couples who filed a lawsuit in 2014 challenging the state's voter-backed law, which doesn't recognize same-sex unions. Mr. Kramer, said he wants the ban to be overturned to give Mr. Cadek automatic custody rights for his adopted daughter. The men married in Iowa in 2013. The Nebraska attorney general's office said it will appeal any decision blocking or overturning the marriage law. (AP Photo/Nati Harnik/File)
