The fatal shooting by police in Connecticut has raised questions about whether officers did enough to diffuse the situation and the fallibility of stun guns. Ansonia police say one of their officers was forced to shoot Gregory when he came at police with the knife on Jan. 2. The time and date stamp on the image indicates the UTC time.
