This undated file photo provided by the Cass County Jail in Fargo, N.D. shows Dustin Muscha, 33, of Moorhead, Minn. An investigation of Muscha, whom prosecutors say dated women in order to exploit their prepubescent daughters for child pornography, had a rare start when the perpetrator left his smartphone behind at a Carrie Underwood concert in Fargo in September 2012. The investigation by federal authorities led to Muscha's arrest. He was sentenced in January 2014 to 30 years in prison. (AP Photo/Courtesy of the Cass County Jail)
