In this March 31, 2014 photo, Gigi Liaguno-Dorr cleans the bar at Jakeabob's, the Union Beach N.J. restaurant she used to operate until having to close it the previous weekend. Trash from a fundraiser the night before is on the bar's floor. The original Jakeabob's was destroyed in Superstorm Sandy, and she moved the business a few blocks inland for 2013. But a continuing inability to get timely rebuilding aid forced her to close the restaurant for good on March 28. The reopening of Jakeabob 's was seen as an inspiration to the still-struggling Raritan Bay community. (AP Photo/Wayne Parry)
