A broken blade is seen on a 300-foot wind turbine Tuesday, April 29, 2014, south of Highmore, S.D., where single-engine Piper crashed in foggy weather Sunday evening April 27, 2014, killing the pilot and three cattlemen. A National Transportation Safety Board investigator is trying to determine why the airplane was flying so low when it apparently hit the blade of the wind turbine. The wreckage of the plane will be removed by Wednesday from the site and taken to Colorado. (AP Photo/Capital Journal, Joel Ebert)
