Kost, 18, is accused of being a serial sex predator who allegedly targeted fellow high school students has been re-arrested. Officials say sheriff's detectives arrested Kost on Thursday, May 1, 2014, on new allegations that include additional cases reported after his initial arrest. Sheriff Paul Babeu says there are 18 reported victims so far and that other cases may remain unreported. A handful of retired Marines – all in the late 90s or over 100 — joined Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Japan’s Prime Minister Takeru Ishida on Saturday to mark the anniversary of one of the bloodiest battles of World War II in the Pacific that ended 80 years ago this week.
