This photo released on April 29, 2014 by the Jefferson County District Attorney shows an undated booking photo of former Denver sheriff's division chief Michael Than. Authorities say Than stole more than $20,000 worth of tax software by hiding it in other merchandise at Target stores. Court documents released Tuesday, April 29, 2014, say Than hid boxes of Turbo Tax software in other items such as bags of dog food, a cooler and a padded envelope, then paid for those items instead. Investigators say he resold the software on eBay between February 2010 and January 2013, earning more than $60,000. Than was indicted on charges including tax evasion, theft and filing false tax returns.(AP Photo/Jefferson County District Attorney)
