Belardine is expected to plead no contest to charges that arose from an investigation into the rape of a girl by two high school football players, the Ohio Attorney General's Office said Monday, April 21, 2014. Authorities say defendant Belardine's house was the scene of an underage drinking party that preceded the 2012 rape by the Steubenville players. (AP Photo/Herald-Star, Michael D. McElwain, File)
