Miftakhov, a Russian-born college student accused of building bombs in his central Pennsylvania apartment should remain in jail while he awaits trial, federal prosecutors argued Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014. Prosecutors contend Vladislav Miftakhov, 18, a Penn State-Altoona student who’s been jailed since his arrest Jan. 24, remains a danger to the community and a risk to flee prosecution if he’s allowed to move back to his family’s San Carlos, Calif., home until trial.(AP Photo/Blair County Prison, FILE)
