The attorney for Cobb, a white supremacist jailed for allegedly terrorizing residents in the small North Dakota town of Leith, wants a judge to dramatically lower Cobb's $1 million cash bond to $35,000. Cobb has been buying property in Leith and recruiting others with similar views to come to the community of two dozen people so he can create a voting majority and take over the town. Dutton, who joined Cobb, wants his bond reduced from $50,000 to $2,000. (AP Photo/Bismarck Tribune, Lauren Donovan, File)
