Pat Quinn speaks at a news conference in Oak Park, Ill., after signing a bill that will allow Illinois voters to register on Election Day, have more time to vote early, and not be required to bring photo identification to vote early. Quinn has called on his Republican challenger in the November election, businessman Bruce Rauner, to release his 2013 returns and more information about prior years as the two face off in a highly competitive race. Quinn is scheduled to hold a news conference on the issue Tuesday, July 8, 2014. A spokesman said Rauner got a six-month extension of the April 15 filing deadline and that he will make his returns public before the Nov. 4 election. (AP Photo/M. Spencer Green, File)
