FILE - In this file photo provided by the Missouri Department of Corrections is Cornealious Anderson who was convicted of armed robbery in 2000, sentenced to 13 years in jail and told to await instruction on when to report to prison. Those instructions never came and he went on about his life until the clerical error was caught in 2013. Anderson, now jailed, filed a petition in Mississippi County Circuit Court on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 seeking to require the Missouri Department of Corrections to credit the 13 years he was technically at large after a 2000 robbery conviction.
