U.S. military dog tags are seen on display at the home of V.R. Roskam and his wife, Martha Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2005, in Wheaton, Ill. The Roskams bought 37 of the dog tags during a trip to Vietnam three years ago not as souvenirs, but with the intention to return them to the soldiers who fought there in the 1960s and early '70s, or their families. With the help of a private investigator, the Roskams have returned nine of the tags so far. They are preparing to fly to Alabama to deliver a 10th. (AP Photo/Nam Y. Huh) **FILE**
