Prosecutors have issued an arrest warrant for Ahmad, the former Ohio deputy treasurer who pleaded guilty in December 2013 to federal charges in a kickback scheme, after receiving information he has violated terms of his release. A spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Columbus said Friday, April 25, 2014, that U.S. marshals were searching for Ahmad, who was released on bail pending sentencing but surrendered his passport. Ahmad lives in Chicago, where he served as comptroller under Mayor Rahm Emanuel until resigning in July. (AP Photo/Sun-Times Media, Rich Hein) MANDATORY CREDIT, MAGS OUT, NO SALES
