
The attack by the Islamic State group on a crowded marketplace in Iraq's eastern Diyala province killed over 100 people in one of the deadliest single attacks in the country in the past decade. Army Gen. Raymond T. Odierno told Fox News: "If we had stayed a little more engaged, I think maybe it might have been prevented.
