Arkansas state Rep. John Burris (above), a Republican, is under fire from primary challenger Scott Flippo for his role in working out a compromise which leveraged federal money under Obamacare to purchase private insurance for low-income residents. Mr. Flippo has called Mr. Burris a cheerleader for Obamacare, despite the fact that the incumbent reportedly once blocked the entire budget of a state agency in an effort to stop the agency from setting up the online health insurance exhanged that is requred by law.
