Rihanna - Singer Rihanna got her Maori tribal hand tattoo the traditional way: in New Zealand with a chisel and mallet. Rihanna has plenty of tattoos done with a needle the regular way, but still made it through the painful process done in 2013 that left her knuckles bloody and swollen. She got the traditional Ta Moko tattoo in West Auckland while on tour and posted a video to YouTube to show her braving through the process.

A handful of retired Marines – all in the late 90s or over 100 — joined Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Japan’s Prime Minister Takeru Ishida on Saturday to mark the anniversary of one of the bloodiest battles of World War II in the Pacific that ended 80 years ago this week.
