2018 Honda Civic Type R hatchback with Honda’s new i-VTEC 2.0-liter turbo four will send about 300 horses to the front wheels through a six-speed manual transmission. Torque steer will be suppressed by a new front-suspension design and adaptive dampers all around. The Type R is expected in early 2017 introduction as a 2018 model, with a price tag around $30,000.

Hegseth joins veterans, generals to mark 80th anniversary of battle of Iwo Jima
A handful of retired Marines – all in the late 90s or over 100 — joined Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Japan’s Prime Minister Takeru Ishida on Saturday to mark the anniversary of one of the bloodiest battles of World War II in the Pacific that ended 80 years ago this week.
