Justin Bieber - When Justin Bieber went under the needle for four straight hours to get his sleeve tattoo done by celebrity tattoo artist Bang Bang, a hoard of fans clustered outside the tattoo parlor in New York City waiting for him to exit. Maybe that’s why Bieber chose to have other tattoos done in more private locations, like the cross he has on his chest that was inked, also by Bang Bang, on board an airplane flying from Panama to Canada. Still, the full arm of roses, figures and a figure eight ball puts the holy trinity of first-timer tattoos all in one place, perhaps a nod to Bieber’s target age group.
