Commanders drop 5th straight, fall to Lions 44-22

The Washington Commanders dropped their fifth straight game on Sunday, as they fell to the Detroit Lions 44-22 at Northwest Stadium in Landover, MD, November 9, 2025. Jahmyr Gibbs led the way for the Lions with 172 total yards and three touchdowns. Commander quarterback Marcus Mariota was 16-for-22 with 213 yards passing and throwing for two TDs.
