Cornerback DeAngelo Hall missed his first practice as a Redskin this morning with a tender knee, but running back Clinton Portis returned from his sprained ankle.
Coach Jim Zorn said that both Hall and Portis will start Monday against Philadelphia.

Defensive tackle Cornelius Griffin will also start despite a sprained left elbow.
