In another slap to the second-year man, Chad Rinehart not only lost his starting job to Mike Williams, he’s inactive.

Washington’s other inactives are punter Hunter Smith (groin), defensive tackle Anthony Montgomery (knee), center-guard Edwin Williams, running back Anthony Alrdige, receiver Marko Mitchell, linebacker Robert Henson and cornerback Kevin Barnes.
