Fred Smoot was noticeably absent today from Redskins practice. The team called it an “excused absence.” That usually means a player wasn’t feeling well or whatever.
Well, ol’ Smooty must be OK because he was spotted tonight at the Islanders-Capitals game along with RB/KR Rock Cartwright.
