The Caps are practicing right now here at St. Pete Times Forum. Mike Green is not practicing, but the bigger news invovles Quintin Laing.

Laing has a torn spleen and is out for the season. He is currently at a local hospital here in Tampa and is being monitored closely, according to a team spokesman. There is no word on when he will be released from the hospital.
