Maryland sophomore Alex Len was named the ACC’s player of the week after scoring 23 points and adding 12 rebounds in Friday’s 72-69 loss to Kentucky.

Len is the first Terrapin to earn the honor since guard Terrell Stoglin won it last Dec. 5.
