Granted, he was nowhere to be seen when Virginia Tech narrowed a double-digit margin in the final five minutes of what wound up a 73-69 Maryland win. But take a look at his stints on the floor and how the Terrapins fared:

15:54 to 11:01 (1H): Terps 10-9 (from 8-2 to 18-11)
7:12 to 5:50 (1H): Tied 2-2 (from 24-13 to 26-15)
3:50 to 1:38 (1H): Terps 4-0 (from 28-19 to 32-19)

14:11 to 9:34 (2H): Terps 15-13 (from 36-29 to 51-42)

Total: Terps 31-24 over 13:04

What’s interesting here is even though Len made his biggest difference on defense early in the season, his presence coincided with better offense from Maryland on Saturday.

Percentage of Virginia Tech’s scoring while Len played: 34.8

Of course, it’s just one game. But it’s curious nonetheless.
