The nuts and bolts of Maryland’s spring game …
* The scrimmage will start at 1 p.m. Saturday at Byrd Stadium. Gates open at 11 a.m. and admission is free. Parking is also free throughout Lot 1, which is adjacent to Byrd.
SEE RELATED:* The game will not be televised, but audio will be streamed on Maryland’s website. There will also be a radio broadcast on FM-105.7 in Baltimore.
* Maryland will use a modified scoring system, pitting the offense against the defense rather than the traditional Red/White model.
* Among the players expected to be out for the spring game:
