This week’s D1scourse Challenge winner was (for the second time) VR6Terp.

But in a week when so many upsets occurred —- especially since the only team playing at home to pull a surprise was Michigan —- it was really more or less a matter of surviving rather than winning.

There were 120 points available. VR6Terps managed 90, and that’s good enough to get him a spot in the weekly D1scourse Challenge mailbag.

Meanwhile, the Average Joe’s took the lead in the season-long competition. There is no additional graft to put into the season-long pool, but rest assured I’m looking for goodies to help grow that pool.

We’re starting the boarding process here in Charlotte, so it’s time to pack up.
