A couple quick injury notes from postgame…

* Safety Dominique Herald, who was in on kickoff coverage, likely tore an ACL in the third quarter and is done for the year. If Maryland can’t secure a medical redshirt, that would be a lost year of eligibility for less than 10 plays.

* Cornerback Richard Taylor underwent knee surgery on Friday and is done for the year.

* Cornerback Nolan Carroll sat out today with an ankle injury.

* Linebacker Adrian Moten suffered a wrist injury and will undergo an X-ray. Coach Ralph Friedgen said he thought it was likely just a sprain rather than a fracture.

* Fullback Cory Jackson had an ankle injury and returned to the game.
