ANNAPOLIS —- Navy’s down 14-7 to Temple, and will have to rally without its starting quarterback.

Kaipo-Noa Keheaku-Enhada came up a bit gimpy after a 12-yard run late in the third quarter. It was enough to end his day, and send in sophomore Ricky Dobbs in his stead.
