Hello from Philadelphia, where I’m covering the first two games of the National League Division Series between the Phillies and the Rockies. We’ll be on a bit of a whirlwind tour of the playoffs in the first round—I’ll be leaving from here for my hometown of Minneapolis, where everybody’s favorite comeback kids, the Minnesota Twins, continue their ALDS series with the New York Yankees this weekend. How ‘bout that game last night? Even if you didn’t have a rooting interest in it, it was postseason baseball at its riveting best.
