Hello from Dolphin Stadium, where the Nationals take on the Marlins tonight at 7:10 p.m. The fanfare (and attendance) for this one should be just slightly less than Opening Day.
Anyway, before we get to the lineups, just wanted to alert you to the plan for in-game blog stuff, at least for now. We’re tinkering with more ways to add analysis during games this year, and we’ve established a Twitter account for some of that (check it out here). We’ve got some new blog software that makes in-game stuff a little more timely now, so I’m going to keep a game analysis blog going here tonight. There are plenty of other places you can get play-by-play, so it won’t be a substitute for that. But we’ll provide periodic insight and analysis of what’s going on in the game and what it means for the Nationals. You can check it out here, or follow our Twitter feed. I’ll try to link the same stuff in both places. We reserve the right to change our minds, but we’ll give this a try and see how it goes. Let me know if you’ve got any suggestions on how to make it better.
