Ryan Zimmerman is out of the Nationals’ lineup for the third straight game tonight, though he said his sore shoulder continues to improve. Zimmerman may not play at all in this series against the Padres, but it sounds like he’ll be ready to return for at least part (if not all) of the weekend series in Arizona.
